Dogs That Have Been Adopted

**ADOPTED**      MELVIN:    1 year old neutered, shorthaired male

 

MELVIN is a very fast learner and is thriving on the obedience training that he has been given.  Melvin loves everyone, young and old.  He has quite a bit of puppy energy and seems to do well around other dogs.  He would be a great companion for all in his new family.

**ADOPTED**      SUNNY:  1 1/2 year old spay, longhaired female

 

SUNNY has lots of energy and is a very quick learner.  She loves people and with some direction, she will be a great companion in her new family.  Sunny can be female dog dominant, so a home with a larger male dog would be best for her.  She is a sweetheart and looking for her forever home.

**ADOPTED**        HONEY:   2 year old spay, longhaired female

  

HONEY really lives up to her name as she is a very kind girl and loves everyone whom she meets.  She seems to do well around other dogs.  Honey is looking for a new home where she can be appreciated for the sweet girl that she is.   She would love to have her own family and a home with older children would be desirable.  She is a sweetheart and looking for her forever home.

  **ADOPTED**        TESS:    3 year old spay, longhaired female

      

TESS is a very sweet gal who just loves to play.  Tess seems to do well around the other dogs, but may be dominant with other female dogs, as she had been a breeding female before she came into rescue.  She is just waiting for a family to call her own.  Tess is a very affectionate dog with people and has lots of love to give.

**ADOPTED**        BEAR:  15 month old neutered, longhaired male

 

BEAR is just a love and would make a great addition to his new family.  As he is still a puppy, he has quite a bit of growing to do.  He is housebroken and is okay with cats.  Bear loves everyone, young and old, and is good on his leash walks.  He is very smart and willing to learn...he even learned the doggie door in just 15 minutes in his foster home.

**ADOPTED**        BOB:  1 1/2 year old neutered, longhaired male

 

BOB is housebroken and came from a home with children.  He loves everybody but could use a little more training when going for walks.  He seems to do well around the other dogs.  He would make a great addition to his new and forever home.

**ADOPTED**        BLUE:   4 yr old longhaired neutered male.

Blue loves people and is a very sweet boy. Blue would be best suited as a single companion dog.  He would be okay with another large dog.  He can not be placed in a home with smaller dogs or cats.  A home with older children would be okay.  Idealy Blue would love to be someone's VERY special buddy!  He's a sweet boy and deserves a second chance to be someone's loving companion.

**ADOPTED**           SALEM aka MURPHY:  3-5 year old neutered male, Saint Bernard mix.

 

Salem is a very sweet boy and is a very devoted companion to "his" person.  He seems to be very submissive with other dogs and would do fine in a home with other animals.  He knows some basic commands and has much potential in pleasing his new family.  He will be a great and loyal companion as he just wants to please! This great guy is waiting for a home to call his very own!

**ADOPTED**  

FRED aka Gandalf:   1 1/2 yr old longhaired neutered Saint Bernard/Great Pyrenees male.

 

Gandalf is a very laid back, easy going boy.   Fred is great with other dogs and "loves" children of all ages.  This very sweet boy who needs a place to call home with lots of TLC. This guy has got lots of love to give the right home. 

**ADOPTED**            MAX:  3 year old longhaired, neutered male

 

Max gets along with other dogs, people and kids.  He can not be placed in a home with cats.  Max initiates the playtime with his Saint and Human playmates and his foster mom say's he has the happiest look on his face as everyone chases and rolls around in the yard with him. When playtime is over, Max loves to lay by you while you rub his belly and he does the Saint equivalent of a purr.  He is housebroken   He does on occasion like to nap in the shower. Max is a sweet guy that would like to be a part of your family.

**ADOPTED**          MURPHY:  7 1/2 yr old neutered male

 

Murphy is just a love of a guy!  Don't let his age fool you, he has a lot of life ahead of him and LOTS of love to give to his new family.  Murphy is housebroken and good with children as well as other dogs.  He ignores the cats in the household.  Murphy would love to be a constant companion to his new family members.  As he has a very thick coat, grooming is a must for him and he loves the time spent together.

**ADOPTED**       YUMA:  3 yr old longhaired neutered male.

 

Yuma is a very sweet boy who loves everybody and everything.  He rides in the car well and just wants to be someones new family member.  He gets along with other dogs of all sizes.  His sweet nature will make him a great addition to his new and forever home.

**ADOPTED**      MOE:   2 1/2 yr old longhaired neutered male. 

 

Moe is a very sweet boy with lots of personality.  He's good with other dogs and older kids over 10.  He also is housetrained. As his socialization had been limited, a home with lots of love and understanding is required. . He would love to be someone's couch potato and best buddy. 

**ADOPTED**             ZOWIE:   5 yr old longhaired spay female.

Zowie is good with other dogs and older kids over 10.   She lived with a male St. Bernard and would do fine with another male dog.   She is house trained and she needs lots of tlc, understanding and socialization.  She would love to be someone's forever companion

**ADOPTED**      BELLE:  1 1/2 yr old longhaired, spay female. 

  

Belle loves people and craves attention as well as loves to give kisses.  Belle hasn't been around cats but should be fine once she is allowed to meet the cat.  She would ok with another male dog as she can be dominent in her play.  She loves to play with a milk jug with some dog food inside and peanut butter around the top.  She would also be ok with kids 8 yrs old and above.   She is crate trained and is a gal who is full of life and energy.

**ADOPTED**      DOZER:  2 yr old longhaired, neutered male  

 

Dozer is a great dog who is looking for a home to call his own.  Dozer is good with children and other dogs.  As he is a younger dog, he can be very playful and likes to play chase games with cats.  He loves to be groomed and brushed and will be an overall good companion in his new home.

**ADOPTED**      TIFFANY:    5 year old longhaired spay female.   

 

Tiffany is just a love of a girl and is looking for a new home to call her own.  Tiffany is good with other dogs.  She loves kids and is very gentle and sweet.  In her previous home, she learned to climb the fence, however has no ambition to attempt this in her foster home.  A home without a doogie dog is preferrable and she needs to be a house/couch potato dog as she has wonderful house manners and lots of love to give!

Nana: is a 2-3 year old, longhair female. This is a very smart girl. She had found herself without a home and alone on the streets in northern AZ, but this did not stop her. She came across the home of a fellow dog rescuer and began to hang around for meals and finally to get her help in finding us in Saint Bernard rescue. Nana is a very sweet and loving girl who is just looking to be part of her own family again. She has proven to be social with other dogs and just fine around older children. She is a home-body and will make a great addition to her new family.

Holly: Holly is a 2-3 year old longhaired female. As she is new into our rescue
program, she is still showing us all about herself. She has a very sweet,
friendly and robust attitude and is looking for a family who will be able to
spend time with her to her allow her to "be the best" that she can be!
DAISY: 1 yr old longhaired female. Very sweet and loving.She is a big puppy and loves to play with other dogs! She does not know a stranger and her Saintly temperament shows with every wet kiss that she can give.She would make the right home a very loving and devoted companion.
Annie: Annie is a lively 10 month old "Wanna Be Saint". She has a delightful personality in a compact 30-35 pound size body. Her life has been that of a neglected backyard dog who is now learning the ways of being a family pet!
She is curious and willing to learn! She is crate trained and has always
been around small children. She seems to do well with other dogs, but is
still learning body language and all of the skills necessary to play! We
are guessing that she may have some Aussie and/or Corgi in her as her
herding instincts are quite high! Her willingness to learn and please will
make her a great obedience/agility prospect as well as a wonderful addition to her new family!
Yeti: 5-6 year old longhair male has sure become a love to be around. With his unique looks and great expression, this guy has the sweetest personality around. His markings are somewhat unique in that he has a liver colored nose, instead of the typical black. He loves to play and get that one on one attention. Yet, I bet you could very easily convince him to play the life of a family couch potato! Yeti has great potential as a good overall house dog. He watches his surroundings and is very attuned to his handlers.

Kodiak: He is a 2yr old longhaired male. He's very sweet and loving. Loves everything and everybody. Good with cats, kids, other dogs. Just wants to be someone couch potato. Just a huge gentle giant who's looking for that special someone to love.
